Healthy Tip:

Water makes up approximately two-thirds of our body weight! Most of the chemical reactions that happen in our cells need water. Water is also required to help our blood carry nutrients around the body. When we exercise or the weather is warm our bodies need more than usual. Failing to drink adequate amounts of water can lead to dehydration. One of the first signs of dehydration is feeling thirsty. Other common symptoms include headaches, confusion, irritability and lack of concentration. A good way to avoid dehydration is by carrying a drink bottle with you when you are out and about,    especially on warmer days!
